Good news stories

At My Future: My Life we are keen to hear what worked for you or didn’t in your interactions with our team. We are also keen to read, see and hear stories about how My Future: My Life has helped young people pursue their goals for life after school. If you’ve got a story to tell (and hopefully a few photos) we’d love to hear from you.

We know that positive stories and pictures are incredibly powerful ways of showing others what can be achieved with assistance from My Future: My Life.


Complaints

The Future: My Life team are aware that in some instances we may not get it right. We welcome your feedback as it provides us with a valuable opportunity to improve our services. All complaints are taken seriously and are managed in line with the Centacare Community Services Complaints Policy. Please call or email (details above) for a copy of our Complaints Policy.
